Awesome service experience with Jon Gosling. Was very skeptical about repair coverage when my vehicle left me stranded. When I got to the dealership, I was met by Jon and felt like he was sincere Was very skeptical about repair coverage when my vehicle left me stranded. When I got to the dealership, I was met by Jon and felt like he was sincerely concerned about my car. This was a weekend but he assured me he would call early in the week which he did. I truly appreciated the honesty and him letting me know my issue was also a recall item that I was unaware. Later, to discover that Porsche had decided to replace my engine at no cost to me-wow! That really blew me away as I was expecting to get bad news and a huge bill or loss on trade. In the meantime, Jon introduced me to Jorge and spoke about the possibility of purchasing a newer model.
