Steering wheel had a shimmy, so took car in. They told us we needed 4 new tires. But they only have 17k miles on them. So I asked if a balance might help. We did that first and it was then t They told us we needed 4 new tires. But they only have 17k miles on them. So I asked if a balance might help. We did that first and it was then that they discovered that the rim was bent. They fixed that and it drives well. I'm so glad we didn't go with their recommendation of buying 4 new tires. It is disappointing that they went for the most expensive option without properly diagnosing the issue. More
