They had my car for 3 days and couldn’t tell me when it would be ready. My service agent went on a training course and it was difficult to find someone who knew what was happening. I announced when I arrived that the charger was in the trunk. When I received my car, I was informed that the charger could not be performed as the charger was not there! It was in the trunk. No one bothered to check. Nor call me to ask about it. I expect better service from Porsche. More
