They had my car for 3 days and couldn’t tell me when it would be ready. My service agent went on a training course and it was difficult to find someone who knew what was happening. I announced when I arrived that the charger was in the trunk. When I received my car, I was informed that the charger could not be performed as the charger was not there! It was in the trunk.
