When I got there for my 9:30 appointment 5 minutes late I was asked to sit and wait. At 10:10 I asked where my guy was and then was helped right away. When leaving the service lane gentleman took extra time to get a yellow stain off the paint. Except for the original wait the overall experience was great. More
