This was the very best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have owned cars for 39 years. I was connected to Nick, somewhat randomly as he was the one answering phones at 8 am! I told him I was coming and would be up from Tucson in 2 hours. he was ready for me and did everything he could to ensure my needs were met, that he relayed all he knew (considerable) about Porsche ownership, maintenance, engineering and quality. I immediately felt this was a guy I could trust. The car I came to see was in the shop having hail damage repaired. He took me back and we looked it over. He then gave me an offer which addressed all of my concerns, was completely fair and I immediately bought the car. I had never driven a Porsche, but knew this was the car for me. In the next 2 days I put 600 miles on the car, and now know I was right. Nick took great care of me for the next 6 hours while the car was fully repaired and detailed. He made sure I was getting everything I needed but also that everything right was going on with this repair, prep and purchase. When the car was ready, he then carefully took me through all of the details regarding the operation of this vehicle until I was comfortable, and ensured me that he would be there if I ever need him in the future. I am fully confident he will be. The car is great and I truly feel I got a completely fair deal. I am currently in the process of telling everyone I know about your dealership. People should at least come up to talk to you and if they don't find the car for them they can always go to the Penske museum and see some really unique cars (including the new Lamborghini and Rolls Royce stocks!) Not everyone is in the market for a Porsche, but everyone should carefully consider it. These are great vehicles and I am amazed to find that it is really not that difficult to own one. I am certainly going to do my best to ensure I never have to drive any other brand of car. I have now lived in Tucson 26 years and wish I had known about this gem of a dealership. I would have bought several cars here over the years I am sure. More

They were both knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I special ordered my vehicle and it was a very long, 5 month wait but whenever I had a question, I just sent an e-mail and received a response in less than 24hrs. I really appreciated the fact that I was not "sold" a car, but rather presented a variety of choices that met my requests. When I had selected the car I wanted to buy, I did some looking to understand what a good price would be and came to the negotiation ready to work hard the get it. It turned out to be easier than I expected. Nick worked to bring me an aggressive price right off the bat and finalizing a few small issues was handled quickly and professionally by sales management and finance. (And our recent drive of a '11 Cayenne S will probably result in another one in a few years!) Kevin is very knowledgeable about Porsche options and steers us well through the labyrinth of selections. He follows through on all commitments and keeps us informed of what is happening with an order (including the 5-month delay in the production of our new '11 Panamera 4S. Kevin is responsive to our needs and does not exert any pressure on us at all, but he definitely knows what we might just like (ie, the '08 Cayenne GTS, offered at a huge discount in '09). Kevin understands thoroughly both his vehicles and their buyers. My wife likes the way his knowledge translates to women -- she always feels comfortable with him. The dealership is in a beautiful building, and there are always a TREMENDOUS number of Porsches that can be test-driven and gone over in detail. The dealership never sells new cars above sticker, a policy that is VERY important to me. More

What I mean is that they try to make it fun to come and buy a car or to get needed service. How many people do you know that actually look forward to going to buy a car or to have it serviced? When I ordered my 2007 Porsche 997 or 911 coupe from Kevin he was an excellent salesperson. I was on a trip to Scotland when it came in to the dealership and he was very punctual with status e-mails before and when it arrived at the dealership. He also did a great job of coordinating a built in radar detector and window tinting before I picked the car up just after Thanksgiving of 2006. I am seriously considering a Cayenne Diesel when they come out and would use Kevin and do recommend him and Mark Williams to other Porsche owners for sales and service. More
