First rate experience from beginning to end ! Logan was very very helpful getting a battery put end for me on very short notice. They sent me home and picked me up on Uber, no charge. Cool vid Logan was very very helpful getting a battery put end for me on very short notice. They sent me home and picked me up on Uber, no charge. Cool video by the mechanic telling me what he did and quick review of car. Only bad part was the battery was $1079. Wow welcome to the world of high performance autos. Well at least I knew it was an official Porsche battery put in by mechanics that know Porsches from stem to stern. They also offered a gentleman to contact to learn all the ins and outs of how the car works and all the bells and whistles which I will definitely use. Overall I had a first class experience from a first class dealer kid course except for the battery cost which kind of is what it is. More
I had a couple issues with my 2006 911 and was assigned to Mark. The morning I was supposed to take it in I had issues with the tow company so I was a hour late. However Mark made my whole experience stres to Mark. The morning I was supposed to take it in I had issues with the tow company so I was a hour late. Dave Zoloto is just a corporate yes man who doesn't care about his customers. He is a company yes many who only cares about how much money you spend with his dealership. This is exactly what he told me wh about his customers. He is a company yes many who only cares about how much money you spend with his dealership. This is exactly what he told me when I complained about a warranty matter. Told me if I spent more money with his dealership he would give me more consideration. I told him that his attitude is exactly why I will not spend any more money with his dealership and apparently from his ratings on here I am not the only one who feels this way. More
During our visits to this Dealership over the last decade, we always knew that we paid probably double for the service just to have the "Porsche Dealer Stamp" on our maintenance logbook. This practic decade, we always knew that we paid probably double for the service just to have the "Porsche Dealer Stamp" on our maintenance logbook. This practice will end today after the experience on 4/9/24 with them on our 996 Turbo concerning the Service Tech, Michael Sarantidis, who behaved in a totally juvenile and unprofessional manor with us. We left (1) inquiry on his phone asking about a "Video" that was texted to us which we desired to have Emailed instead. This "person" then proceeded to RAGE at us about being harassed continually for 10 years and he was "Fed up" with our calls. We bring (2) Porsches there and purchased (1) of them a few years ago. The General Manager (Dave Zoloto) saw this exchange with us in the Service Office and told (us) to "calm down" instead of taking the baby aside and disciplining him in private. He even witnessed me handing and Michael ACCEPTING a $40.00 tip and thank you card before the "Berating" from this jerk. This has been reported to Porsche Corporate and we hope for some sort of "closure", if possible, with these heathens. We hope others see this review and visit another Dealership or Local Service Centers as we have. Dave and Dianna More

The car was del My issues came after taking delivery of the care. I purchased the vehicle and left the following day for a 1,600 mile road trip home. The car was delivered without topping off fluids so I had to add coolant less than a 100 miles into the drive, not a big deal, but disappointing. The vehicle would not start for the second day of the trip due to a bad battery and required a jump start. The car is less than 2 years old but when I called Porsche Scottsdale I was given the used car sales spiel of batteries can go bad at any time and without warning. The average life expectancy of a battery is 3 to 5 years, not 2. I spoke with the used car sales manager and a technician via telephone and neither one of them cared at all and even laughed at me for making the complaint. I spoke with the general manager and received the same treatment. I would expect better customer service on a $70,000 car. More
