We purchased what was like the lowest priced car (used) on the lot which was $85k below the ave. selling price of every other car. This was our son's first car and he had gone to multiple dealers to look on the lot which was $85k below the ave. selling price of every other car. This was our son's first car and he had gone to multiple dealers to look at different vehicles. Jackson made him feel special and included even if he was too young to test drive the car. We visited the dealership an hour before close three nights in a row and never felt rushed. Again, we were looking at the cheapest car on their lot. No pressure either. When we don't have a teen driver (or college tuition) I would come back to look at sports cars for me. Again, Jackson was very professional and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. More

When Auto Nation took over Barrier Porsche, overall experience (sales and service) went down to a point I started purchasing BMWs from various dealerships. Although BMW makes great vehicles, it's NOT PORSCHE. I was looking into trading my '17 911 C4S for a SUV to haul stuff for work. I came across an ad for 2022 Porsche Cayenne. Although it did not have all the options I was looking for, I still purchase it. Why? I wanted to reestablish my relationship with a Porsche dealership with exceptional customer service. More importantly, staff at Porsche Seattle North made me feel welcomed. I am happy to have purchased an extended warranty, service warranty and wheel/dent warranty. Looking forward having the Cayenne serviced there. Meeting the service advisor during purchasing was a 1st for me. I see several more Porsches to be purchased at Porsche Seattle North in the near future. More

I think they could do better on vehicle trader instead of coming up with excuses. If you catch them being false on the vehicle, they sold you my vehicle was wrecked, and I was honest a deer had hit it. Their coming up with excuses. Their vehicle was also wrecked, and it was never reported to Carfax When I asked for more of a trade-in value two days later they started picking the car apart saying it needs new brakes and brakes drums and etc., and there was never anything wrong with the brakes. I’ve taken excellent care of that vehicle. I love that vehicle. I just wanted something sporty for a retirement. I cannot say that the representation of the vehicle I bought was accurate and Door fair at the price that I purchased it from after I found out that vehicle had been wrecked or in an accident. More
