This was my first time using Porsche Silver Spring to service my 911 GTS, the quality of service and customer focus was impressive, truly my best dealer service engagement ever - I will return for future service needs. Also had positive support from Elvis’s colleagues - Kofi and Brian. Lastly, I had the opportunity to meet and converse with the service manager, Linda - found her very engaging and supportive, with a clear focus on delivering high quality service. More
