This was one of the best lease experiences I've had to date and I've had more than a few since 2020. This being my 10th lease and 2nd Porsche. Bruce was simply on top of it right from the get go. Adrian in Sales, Gen in Finance - super easy to work with and personable, made things super seamless. Every experience I've had at this location has been pleasant and as convenient as possible. My service advisor, Elvis, always keeps me informed about what's happening with my vehicle. He lets me know a pleasant and as convenient as possible. My service advisor, Elvis, always keeps me informed about what's happening with my vehicle. He lets me know about the amenities the dealership has, like the lounge area, shuttles, or loaner cars. This makes my visits super comfortable. Linda, the service manager makes me confident my Porsche will be taken care of properly. Kofi Bediako is incredibly responsive, thorough, thoughtful and a terrific person. It’s the second time he’s taken care of my car for scheduled maintenance, windshield replacement and a couple small thoughtful and a terrific person. It’s the second time he’s taken care of my car for scheduled maintenance, windshield replacement and a couple small manufacturer recall issues, and it’s been easy. He goes above and beyond, even kept my car for a few extra days as a courtesy while I was out of the country, and handles feedback and concerns very well, which is super important. He coordinates with Adrian Williams who a great salesman even post sale on pre-paid coverage so I have little to do (thanks Adrian!). I had the best experience visiting the Porsche dealership at the Silver Spring location. I went in for a regular maintenance service and was greeted by Kofi. He was extremely polite and took his time to expl at the Silver Spring location. I went in for a regular maintenance service and was greeted by Kofi. He was extremely polite and took his time to explain everything that would be done to my car. He also gave me valuable advice on how to keep my car in the best shape possible. During our conversation, I mentioned I was considering trading in my Cayenne for a newer model. Kofi then introduced me to Adrianne. Adrianne was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, listening attentively to my wants and needs. He laid out my options regarding the trade-in and took excellent care of me throughout the process. I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Bruce. I have never felt so valued and at ease until my visit today. Having been to other locations around the area without a good experience, this visit was a refreshing change. I’m excited to have met Kofi, Adrianne, and Bruce, and I’m looking forward to coming back! More
