Just had my first scheduled service appointment. I love these guys. Elvis is the best service manager. I feel so taken care of . Everything goes the way they say it will; no surprises. Honestly, I don’t know where to begin. I’m not from the area and got a flat on 495. My on-line search led me here. I called and Elvis made sure they had a tire for me. While at the dealership he made sure I was fed, comfortable, and entertained. My tire was replaced while I waited and I was offered a car wash but I had to hit the road.
