I was given the easiest opportunities for communication and I no question of mine was too trivial or superfluous. The tricky problem of flying into Baltimore’s airport on a Sunday and needing to travel from the airport hotel to the dealership Monday was quickly solved by our sales representative, DeAndre: he picked us up and drove us to the dealership on Monday, 20+ miles away , avoiding the need for a rental car. The car was everything depicted in pictures and stated in the text, and couldn’t have been prepped more meticulously. Test driving proved it was the Cayenne to acquire. The financial transaction was seamless, and for once I understood the paperwork I was signing. To cap it off, the finance manager gave us a restaurant recommendation that was to die (or starve) for! My only regret is that Silver Spring won’t continue to service this car, as I live 900 miles away. I will gladly purchase another Porsche from this dealership if I enter the market again. More
