I call to see if the car was ready and they never could tell information about the car until i went in person. And they still could tell me if the car was ready. It took me a hole week to get the car back tell information about the car until i went in person. And they still could tell me if the car was ready. Everyone at the service desk were friendly, considerate, professional and polite. Though they found more issues than I hoped, they explained everything the whole way through. I called multiple times for an update on my car and no one would answer or got transferred to voicemails that were full or never called back. This was stressful as I needed to pick up my car before work a one would answer or got transferred to voicemails that were full or never called back. This was stressful as I needed to pick up my car before work and no one can help. Dropped off car at 7:30 am and was told it shouldn’t last long. I called a noon for update and care was still not done. Representative said he will call me with update which he never did, and that’s how my whole phone call tag started. Please work on your customer service as it was unacceptable what happened yesterday. More
