I call to see if the car was ready and they never could tell information about the car until i went in person. And they still could tell me if the car was ready. I called multiple times for an update on my car and no one would answer or got transferred to voicemails that were full or never called back. This was stressful as I needed to pick up my car before work a one would answer or got transferred to voicemails that were full or never called back. I called a noon for update and care was still not done. Representative said he will call me with update which he never did, and that’s how my whole phone call tag started.
