Had a terrific service appointment. Had us in and out quickly, and also recommended future services to keep our Macan going. Loved them! Had us in and out quickly, and also recommended future services to keep our Macan going. Loved them! More
My experience with Porsche of Fort Myers started off great when I purchased my Macan last year. My former sales advisor Robert, service advisor, Jose, were amazing, and I had no complaints. Unfortunatel great when I purchased my Macan last year. My former sales advisor Robert, service advisor, Jose, were amazing, and I had no complaints. Unfortunately, my recent service experience was the complete opposite and ultimately drove me to take my business elsewhere. I scheduled an appointment for an issue with my keys reading "not found", waiting three weeks for a loaner. When I finally arrived at the dealership, John Chaffo insisted the problem was simply my key batteries—even though I had told them that the dealership already replaced them after having this issue before. Rather than taking my car in to perform further diagnostics, he dismissed my concerns, swapped my batteries, and sent me on my way. Unsprisingly, the issue persisted. When I reached back out, rather than owning up to the mistake and arranging an emergency loaner, John simply told me to drop my keys off because there were no loaners available. I work, and that’s neither a practical solution nor good customer service. Frustrated, I turned to Porsche of Naples, and the difference was night and day. They immediately delivered a loaner to me, picked up my vehicle, and actually took the time to diagnose the issue properly. Turns out, the problem wasn’t my keys at all—it was a faulty KESSY unit that needed replacement. Instead of being treated like I was clueless, Naples listened, investigated, and fixed the actual problem. I'm not sure whats going on at this dealership because this was not the way things were last year when I purchased my vehicle. Because of John’s dismissive attitude and lack of effort, Porsche of Fort Myers lost a customer. If you’re looking for service that values your time and intelligence, look elsewhere. More
I wanted to share my recent experience with Porsche Fort Myers. I purchased a new 2025 Cayenne Coupe GTS for $160k from Porsche Fort Myers roughly a month ago. Immediately upon leaving the dealership, the car was throwing faults for the various safety systems (ACC, ALK, etc.) and they were disabled. In addition, I noticed that the alignment was slightly off. I followed up with my sales advisor shortly after to let him know about the problems. I live in St. Pete, FL, and I purchased the new car in Ft. Myers since inventory is scarce. I ended up taking the car in for service to Porsche Clearwater, who addressed the faults, but failed to do anything about the alignment. Fast forward a week or so and Gabrielle at Porsche Fort Myers reached out to me to resolve my remaining problems. She scheduled an appointment for me at Porsche Tampa since she couldn’t get in touch with anyone at Porsche Clearwater. Fast forward to today - I am being charged to fix the alignment since Porsche refuses to cover it under warranty. It is their opinion that the selling dealership should have caught it during the pre-delivery. Porsche Fort Myers refuses to cover the cost of the service. More

I purchased from states away and went through all my questions and thought I was receiving correct answers and I trusted since it was a cpo Porsche from a large dealership I trusted them. I asked to give me details of any damage or issues or blemishes. Well there was a bit left out. My 911 4S cpo Porsche has been at my local dealership in total for a month of time of which I’ve been out of pocket except a small amount the CPO covered. And the largest issue is massive staining in the convertible top that was supposed to be replaced and I didn’t even know how truly bad it was!! The staining and tearing is horrendous and not worthy of a 100k plus cpo 911. The sales man and this dealership had the opportunity to make it right but did not and I’m told my cost is to fix this top is 10k of which I bet would be half that for them. Disgusting g behavior, liars and the worst experience buying a car. Beware of being deceived and they do t care about you at all. More
