We purchased a four year old, low mileage (24K), Audi A-7 sedan from Porsche of Ft Myers, and it's a beautiful, clean auto in excellent mechanical condition as promised. Awful, dishonest, once you drive off they don't care about honoring there word. Jeff Lovelace is a typical lying sales man. They promised to fix the dented clear bra. The worst car buying experience ever; and I have bought several high end cars. If I could give porsche of fort myers a zero I would. So I bought a new 2020 panamera. My problem is that the salesman Jeff Lovelace and the general manager/owner Mitchell refused to fix dents on my car unless I payed $460.00 towards it. After purchasing a car over 100k I found that to be low and honestly not caring about their business later alone customers. Before buying the car, Jeff Lovelace hounded me regularly but after the purchase he stopped answering his phone, didn't return my messages until a case was created. He didn't fulfill his promises about the touch up paint. Really bad experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone to patronize this dealership. More

Took my Cayenne in for it's 20,000 mile service, Stephanie Talbot was very friendly and made sure everything was completed that I wanted completed. Good experience in all respects from the first look at the car to test drive to negotiating to close.
