Well....over one week has passed now since the Porsche of Ocala dealership's response (above) to my post. Not only has the General Manager NOT reached out to me as they indicated that he would in their response, but NO ONE from the dealership has reached out to me to even discuss this issue since my original post! Their response and lack of follow-up leaves me questioning both their honesty and their commitment to customer service. All talk, no action. I would steer clear of this dealership.
