We decided to visit Porsche of Wallingford because they had the most diesel porsche cayennes, and we knew what we wanted. We test drove the car and sat down to talk price. This was by far the best experience my husband and I have ever had when buying a car.There was any kind of soft drink, coffee or tea while we talked. Even during negotiations the experience was pleasant. The car we bought, a 2013 porsche cayenne deisel, was ready as promised for pickup the next day. Craig spent a great deal of time going over all parts of the car which made it so much easier, knowing the many things the car can do. We needed a part for the trailer hitch on the car and Craig made sure we got it. I have had the car serviced once and it was an excellent experience. The car is due again soon for 10,000 mile check up and I'm sure we will be as pleased as the first time. Craig was always helpful in answering questions and providing me with assistance in pursuing the car I wanted. I was able to negotiate what I considered a good deal and Craig was able to make it happen within my time frame as I was limited as to how I could get the vehicle and trade in two cars. Craig drove to my house to pick up one of the cars I was trading in making the purchase much easier. I wanted snow tires installed because of driving it in the winter, which Craig arranged prior to the purchase. The car was in new condition and the purchase went exceedingly well. I have now had the car for 6 months and could not be happier with the car or the support I received from the dealership whenever I called with a question.
