As you can imagine th I wanted to take a moment and commend some of the staff at your dealership. My wife and I were shopping for our son?s first car. As you can imagine this process, especially when a teenager is involved, can be a daunting task. We have been looking around for about a month, stopping at different dealerships, trying to get a sense of what peaked our sons interest but most importantly ? to be safe. Just by chance we stopped at your dealership on the way to dinner. That?s where we met Pat Ryan. Pat took the time to listen to our story and provide guidance to a vehicle that we would be comfortable with. After spending a little over an hour with Pat, and one test-drive later, we left without making a purchase. Pat was very patient but more importantly fully engaged with us as the customer ? we connected. My budget was 10-12k. But, after doing a little bit more research, we knew that we would have to increase that number, which I was happy to do because I wanted to buy a car from Pat. I searched your dealership website for some other cars that my son was interested in and sent Pat a text to see if a few of them were available. I later learned Pat was on his day off but he replied back to me quickly, which again, impressed me. I am happy to tell you we met with Pat this past Sunday and purchased a 2012 Challenger, which my son loves. Pat was again very helpful, explaining every detail of the transaction and most importantly, what to expect next. The next part of my story involves your Service Department member, Tim. The Challenger did not have a bracket for the front license plate. Tim immediately ordered one for us and had it shipped overnight. We were driving the car last night and noticed that when we came to a stop, the front would shake a little. I called Tim this morning and made an appointment for my son to bring the car up to have the license plate attached and asked Tim to test drive the car to see if what I noticed was an issue. Tim said it was not a problem. He had a son around the same age and would want him to be safe too ? we connected. Tim took the time to listen to me and relate to my concerns. Needless to say my son left your dealership with new front brakes. Both Pat and Tim are individuals that really care about the customer experience. It is this behavior that keeps customers loyal for years. I too am in sales and it?s my team?s responsibility to foster a positive relationship with our customers. I dropped off my 2001 jeep Grand Cherokee for a safety notice/ recall. I had a 8am appointment for Tuesday that I scheduled a week in advance, I dropped it off Monday night. About 3pm Tuesday I called for an update on my Jeep and they said there was no update and that they will call me when its done. 630pm I called again and asked for an update, still no update but I was promised it would be done today..... so I didn't call again, also i was not called. I showed up 10 minutes before the service department closes and my Jeep was just getting finished. So I asked what they did, the recall I was there for was for the aftermarket hitch that could cause a gas tank leak in an accident. They told me that they inspected it and it needed to replaced so they took off mine and that they don't have the new hitch in stock. Meanwhile when I made the appointment I asked if they will have parts in stock and they said yes they will. Then as I went to leave my other jeep I drove there (purchased there less than a year go) to pick up the one being serviced was acting up and wouldn't start and I asked the man behind the service desk to have a tech come out and just listen to it. So I could have an idea if I can drive it home and his response was " no all the guys are off at 8, i cant help you". absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced More

Everything from the best price, best selection and quick call back times to outstanding customer service at pick up time makes me sure I made the right choice. Jeff Bell took the time to handle everything with professionalism and care, including a tutorial of how everything in th car works by sitting with me and going through the buttons and gadgets so I could really take advantage of what the JGC offers. He also had the Jeep prepped and ready to go when promised. My transaction was painless and they made me feel like it was more than just getting a car. Jeff and his team, including the phone receptionists, paperwork people, car prep team and the dealership in general was a professional and caring environment. Over the past 15 years I have bought or leased from Maserati, Jaguar, Lexus, and Toyota but this experience for taking care of the customer at pick up and actually taking the time to sit with me and explain all the bells and whistles inside the car, not just handing me the owners manual or asking if I had any questions and handing me a dvd to explain everything that of course I never watched, here Jeff (who works hard and finds time to make each customer feel special) was like having a family member make sure I was comfortable in the vehicle and could take off knowing what I was doing instead of making it up while I was driving off the lot. Vanessa Saved the Day! On July 21, 2015, we walked into this dealership looking for a new Chrysler 300c. We owned a 2003 Chrysler 300m and were planning to continue shopping On July 21, 2015, we walked into this dealership looking for a new Chrysler 300c. We owned a 2003 Chrysler 300m and were planning to continue shopping in other dealerships for the Cadillac CTS, Ford Taurus & the Nissan Maxima. We were standing there for a few minutes when Vanessa came up to us and saved the day. She showed us the brochure, I asked for the beautiful Velvet Red Pearl color, she spoke to her people and came back with the paper work for a magnificently loaded beautiful car. She showed us the actual color on a Chrysler 200. Then we took a test driver in the 300c they had on display. We negotiated in earnest and the deal was done! An absolutely professional job was done by Vanessa. No pushy sales person here. She was just a Dream.
