I had originally planned on buying a Jeep Wrangler from Smithaven, when I went in ready to buy the car I was told I could only have a loan through a crappy credit union. The dealer would not work to even try to get me through a better bank. I decided to go to Port Jeff and dealt with Vanessa and Dave the Sales Manager. The two of them completely made this experience easy and enjoyable. Vanessa was helpful with explaining the ins and outs to the truck, while Dave was able to find me exactly the car I wanted, and the color with no problems. Excellent dealership and service. Looking forward to buying more vehicles from this place! More

Nick Calandrino (sales) and PJ Dodge treated us well. We searched aggressively for a good deal on a Dodge Durango, 2011 or better, with a 300 mile radius of where we live on LI. We got a good price, below the actual market (as opposed to book value). We had to wait for a bit because they replaced the rear brakes and all tires. This cost us nothing, and we used the time to chow down at a local eatery, again, at the dealer's expense. Nick was courteous and helpful. I can't stand when a salesman doesn't know his product, but Nick clearly was very familiar with the vehicle and the market space. We've had the car for a week plus and have no buyer's remorse, unlike the GM xxx we used to have. The Durango is a superior vehicle in the crossover class and Nick Calandrino was the right professional for us to deal with. More
