After 2 weeks of searching for a Dodge Ram and numerous wasted hours at other dealerships, I almost gave up. I took a chance and called Nick, and it was the best decision I could have ever made. I told him what I was looking and he immediately started to get to work and this was all over the phone, as I was at work and do not live close to the dealership. He was quick to figure out the numbers and get back to me within minutes and had a vehicle in the showroom that fit what i was looking for. With my trust in him, I immediately went there after work and within no time I was driving home with my new truck. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, respected my budget and worked his magic to get the deal done. He is so easy to talk to and I really felt like I knew him for years. Horrible service I leased a 2015 dodge ram truck from Port Jeff Dodge. This has been the third dodge I have bought or leased and always had a good experience until now. This was the worst buying experience I have ever had. After having many small problems that snowballed into one large headache, I must recommend that everyone stays away from this dealership. Paperwork problems, lack of timely and adequate responses and just overall horrendous customer service. Four months later, I am still dealing with a check they sent me for $14.00 which they stopped payment on instead of asking me for the $14. I now have to take time out of my day to grab envelopes and hit the post office to show them the stop payment return which they now owe me $15 for. The worst part was that after wasting hours of my time over the course of 3 months trying to work things out with the sales manager, all I got was excuses. They didn't even attempt to do anything to keep me as a future client. More

Mr. Silver was such a top notch respectable guy and told me that one day son, come to my lot and I will make you the best deal on a great car. Fast forward to August 30, 2015. I met Jeff DePinto. A true professional. I was just shopping for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and really was on my way to another dealership. I was so impressed by Jeff's knowledge of his products I knew I was never going to that other dealership and I asked him please not to send me. He respectably said that there will be no need to go and true to the ghost of Mr. Silver's ghost I do believe I did get the best deal on a car. I was able to see how friendly the whole staff was towards me and my wife. Carlo was a numbers wiz and that helped a lot. When I came to pick up my car my wife discover 3 scratches and instantly Adam appeared and impressed her to no end. A lot of my friends follow my lead and the word is out where I got my new Jeep.
