Ok. unsatisfied I went in for an oil change and they have my tires rotated. Didn't take too long. When I came out they told me they did the oil change but not the tir I went in for an oil change and they have my tires rotated. Didn't take too long. When I came out they told me they did the oil change but not the tire rotation because they've determined that I needed new tires period really after one year and 33,000 miles I said. Then he proceeded to explain to me like the stupid woman that I am that smaller cars have softer Tire. then I left come to find out they changed the intervals to my oil changes from 8000 to 5000. Excellent dealership and personnel It has been quite a few years since my last car purchase and I wasn't looking forward to going through it again. Things have changed quite a bit since then and I believe Portage Ford has done a great job in making the experience a lot better. My salesperson, Marjorie Fitzgerald, was very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in and if she didn't know she got an answer quickly. Final negotiations were a little tense, as I expected, but I felt we came to an good agreement. Even the financing part of the deal was a good experience. I will definitely recommend Portage Ford and especially Marjorie to anyone looking for a new or used car without all the hassles and high pressure. More

Not impressed My visit started with the person questioning whether I had an appointment. I had previously had a tire repaired here, but on my next two oil changes t My visit started with the person questioning whether I had an appointment. I had previously had a tire repaired here, but on my next two oil changes the lug socket could not be found. Before my third visit it was discovered that the tech had previously put it by the jack. On this trip it was suggested that a software update would fix a warning that was supposed to have been fixed on my previous visit, however I was surprised to find out there is a charge for this. In the last 5 years I have never been charged for a software update from any company. Finally, for some reason my wife gets calls about my vehicle and I get calls about her vehicle despite trying to get this information changed each time. More

doing extra I went in for a oil change. I had 2 tires that were going low and asked to have them checked. Both tires had a screw imbedded and the dealership fix I went in for a oil change. I had 2 tires that were going low and asked to have them checked. Both tires had a screw imbedded and the dealership fixed both tires for me. While bringing my Jeep back around when complete, the check engine light came on. The took and hooked my Jeep up and found out that a sensor switch had come loose. They fixed the issue and then had to redownload all of the electronics. This was all done free of charge. Since the sensor that they fixed was not anywhere near the area they were working in it was by chance it went out at that time. They could have charged me for the additional work, but did not as they were concerned I would not return. By doing this they now have my business for as long as they are in business. More
