We had an appointment to have an undercoating and interior package protection done. The procedure took all day in which they gave us a loaner for the day. They were very professional and friendly and the procedure to the truck was perfect. If we had one gripe it would be that our loaner was bigger. Other than that we have been extremely happy with our experiences at Portage Ford, Ram, etc More

My wife enjoys her preowned Ford Edge. However the $299 My wife enjoys her preowned Ford Edge. However the $299 service fee plus $299 insurance for theft a fee. I have to have full coverage insurance to My wife enjoys her preowned Ford Edge. However the $299 service fee plus $299 insurance for theft a fee. I have to have full coverage insurance to take the car away from the dealership when I purchase which includes any type of theft coverage and then when asked about it the finance guy John was very smug about the owner not budging on this service fee. This may not have been such a big issue with me however my wife really did love the car so I did not negotiate any price discount on the vehicle I paid what they were asking. More
