Everytime I called and asked for service I had to talk to at least 2 people before getting there. I complained about having to have the factory trailer wiring programed after I installed a hitch and 4 pin ad at least 2 people before getting there. I complained about having to have the factory trailer wiring programed after I installed a hitch and 4 pin adapter to the factory wiring the service guy acknowledged this and put this into the workorder that it needed programing. My son called me say you couldn't do the job because of aftermarket wiring, aftergoing back and forth the guy said the work order said program trailer lights, I said exactly! More
