My check engine light came on, so I decided to stop in and see what was going on. They asked if I had a little time and they would "plug it into the computer diagnostics" to see what code came up. In the meantime they checked to see if it was still under warranty and thankfully, it's covered until July this year. Nothing showed up in the codes, so they had me bring it back in a week. Still nothing showed up, car is running fine, but if it acts up again, they have a record of it. I'm impressed that they were able to quickly take it in in the first place without sending me away to come back another time. Thanks Portage Ford! More

Everyone has been kind and courteous. They are on time to take my vehicle in and work is completed in the time frame that they give me.
