If there is a delay or additional problems are found I am informed immediately and given the opportunity to decide what I want done especially if it is going to cost more. The only problem I have is not with the dealership but with the Ford Company. I have always been able to get Ford parts for all my Ford vehicles no matter how old they are. That is no longer true. My Mustang is a 2003 and has been listed as obsolete by Ford and I can no longer get original Ford parts but have to go after market for some of my repairs. I have been a loyal Ford vehicle owner for years and am very disappointed and let down that after all these years the Ford Company can no longer be counted on to provide genuine Ford parts for my older vehicles. I love my cars and keep them for decades. Now I can no longer count on Ford to have my back for genuine Ford parts for my older vehicles. I can't afford to replace vehicles that are perfectly good just because I can't get the parts to keep them in good repair. The dealership and those who work there are great. I am very disappointed with the Ford Company. More
