Everyone at the dealer was friend and kind. There was an extra fee that wasn't told to me when I asked for all the fines that were going to be added. There was only one loan officer who decided to help get another sale, instead of finishing our paperwork. We had to seat and wait over an hour for her trying to make a sale with another customer before she came back to us. While we were finishing up the paper work, the loan officer made a comment "There are a lot of people today with short temper". I had sat there for 3 hours from the time we made the deal and fill out the loan information. We were just waiting for her to come back with the papers to sign so we could take the car. If the price of the car wasn't a good deal I would have walked out. More
