Unhappy with service and not the first time since this purchase. Brought vehicle in for same mild rattle/vibration noise. Was told tires were out of balance and that service was done. Now that I am out of warranty, the same noise is a sway bar. But it is the same sound. Also my estimate I just received says rattle over bumps which I never said to anyone nor do I hear that. It’s still the same sound as it was originally when I was under warranty. I feel this repair should be covered by warranty because it has been the same problem since my 18k mile tire balance. I have always kept my business local when possible but portage Ford won’t be my first choice for my next purchase which my family will likely be making multiple of in the next year Linda shawback More
