Underwhelming customer service experience The cashier is great and very customer service oriented. The rest of the experience is frustrating. Paperwork wasn't ready at pickup, then it was a hassle to correct the coupon sent by the dealership so the bill was $40 more than it should have been. Then steering wheel was dirty when i got in. Overall experience was very good. The only complaint is that the car was only supposed to be there for 2 1/2 hours or possibly 3 1/2 hours. 8 hours later I called to see what was going The only complaint is that the car was only supposed to be there for 2 1/2 hours or possibly 3 1/2 hours. 8 hours later I called to see what was going on with my car and they told me then, that they were waiting for bolts and they wouldn’t be there until the next morning. This upset me do to I had plans for my car the next day and had to make other arrangements for my transportation. I should have been called! More

Excellent Service, As Always Routine maintenance: oil/filter. Scheduled maintenances: Rotate tires, Check, flush, refill automatic transmission. Lug nuts (all), were found to be expanded and unserviceable. Phone call by Brian notified me and I authorized replacement. Work and charges for service were excellent/reasonable.
