He listened to our needs, took us on two test drives. Both in the Honda Pilot and in a Toyota Highlander. He did a side by side comparison as we were very undecided as to which vehicle to choose. There was no pressure---we didn't feel rushed. Everyone that we dealt with at the dealership was professional and polite. They use Pure Price Value to price their vehicles so once we decided on the Honda pilot there was no haggling on price. It was quick and painless. This is the 2nd vehicle that we have purchased from Portland Volvo and I would recommend them to anyone!! Keep up the great job Ralph! This is a class A dealership!
