Great customer service I worked with Colin Mack recently to set up my Volvo On Call and the remote start on my wife’s preowned vehicle. I’m not local to Maine and didn’t buy I worked with Colin Mack recently to set up my Volvo On Call and the remote start on my wife’s preowned vehicle. I’m not local to Maine and didn’t buy the vehicle from Portland Volvo, yet Colin took the time to look into the Volvo On Call system with me, delete the previous owner of the vehicle, and activate me as the primary user. From there I was able to setup the remote start from my phone. He was very quick and helpful and didn’t mind that I hadn’t purchased the vehicle through him. Would definitely recommend him for any tech or safety feature questions on these new cars. Thanks again Colin! More
