It is easy to make appointments with the service team. They listen to what your needs are and work to accommodate your schedule. The waiting area is very pleasant if you decide not to get alone during the service call. Last year I bought a new XC70 since it was the last model year for that vehicle. My salesman, John Bettencourt, was polite and considerate as well as very knowledgeable about the advanced technology in the car.
