White Glove treatment I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism received during my last service visit. Miguel Rosario is to Potamkin what Jose Fer I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism received during my last service visit. Miguel Rosario is to Potamkin what Jose Fernandez (RIP) was to the Marlins. He is friendly, efficient and hits home runs. When picking up my vehicle not only was it washed, it was vacuum and tires dressed. The magic started at drop off. The staff makes a great team, I been a customer since 2014, this time I was really blown of the water. When I arrived to service, I realized I had forgotten my crutches (I had an knee surgery) and phone charger. Miguel's first concern was my well being. He helped me get to the Lobby and for me to wait there. While in the lobby I asked the wonderful cashier , if she had a phone charger I could borrow. Not only she lend me the charger, she also offered me to keep it for the day, and assisted me with the coffee - Five start white glove service service or what!!!! Miguel returned with the paper work and David the shuttle driver. Not only did David move my briefcase and lunch box from my car to the shuttle, he even offered me some crutches they had in storage. At the rental place he made sure I was attended and again moved the stuff from the shuttle to the loaner. With this quality of service the only thing missing are the white gloves!! More

I LEFT MY CAR WITH A FLAT TIRE WAITING FOR REPAIR BEFORE GETTING INVOLVED WITH A OPTIONS FOR A PAY-OUT OR RE-FINANCING OF A NEW CAR. DEALERSHIP PERSONNEL DID NOT INSPECT THE CAR WHILE IN MY PRESENCE & CONDITION OF THE CAR WAS NOT DOCUMENTED OR PHOTOS TAKEN BY A MECHANIC OR A SUPERVISOR IN SALES DEPT. NOW YOU WOULD NEED TO WAIT FOR A THIRD PARTY APPRAISAL OF THE VEHICLE AFTER LEAVING IT UNSUPERVISED, UNDOCUMENTED IN THE SERVICE DEPT.UPON RECEIPT. SO A THIRD PARTY WILL REVIEW & SEND U A BILL $ SCARY THOUGHT, NOT A GOOD PRACTICE TO CARRY-OUT FOR ANY DEALERSHIP WITH A LEASED CAR. THANK YOU, ROSE MARY More
