Finance I had one problem and that was at the end When I thought everything was complete.I had my price and when i went to sign the contract with the finance I had one problem and that was at the end When I thought everything was complete.I had my price and when i went to sign the contract with the finance dept they switched it when they offered me more protection.They made me feel that i should have it and would cost me more than i thought i was going to pay.So I lost my 12000 miles per year and they gave me 10000 miles per year so that payment would only go up a little.I took the deal because it was late .They were busy that day so it took a long time . That was the bad experience at the very end by the finance dept.I was upset with them after the good job of my salesperson.I wish i could get my 12000 miles per year back, More

Dealer a little shady. Service department chaotic. Same as before ( reposted): I leased the new vehicle on Sunday. There were a few details that needed to be fixed by the service department (tire pres Same as before ( reposted): I leased the new vehicle on Sunday. There were a few details that needed to be fixed by the service department (tire pressure, tire caps, SD card for navi, floor mats, extra key, manual, etc.) but they were closed until Monday. The actual lease of the vehicle went smoothly although I was quite annoyed by the attempt to up-sell me on service packages when the first 3 services are supposed to be included. I thought that was very disingenuous. But when I brought the car into the service department Monday morning it was chaos. My salesperson did help me and took me to the service guy but he was so busy he didn't even pay attention hardly. The cars were backed up to the highway (like 10 deep). I was originally told this visit would only take like 5 minutes but after two hours my car had not been moved. Victoria was helpful in at least actually giving me paperwork and getting me in the queue. I asked for a loaner because I had to get to work and was sent to Enterprise Rentals. They took over 1.5 hours to get me a car. And returning the car took the same amount of time. So I spent almost a full day dealing with this. It was like being tortured for leasing a new car with them. More
