Best experience ever !! I want to first off start by saying this was by far the best experience I have ever had this is what car buying should be. With that said we have bought 2 cars prior from power Kia and the only thing I could ever say about the experience was at least I got a car, the service was always a nightmare situation. However this last time really was amazing. Rebecca and Jim and David were everything that Power should have been for years !!! had just come from another dealership in Salem after wasting 2 hours with them I was in a horrible mood, went to power only because well I could probably get a car was my attitude. Was met by Rebecca explained what happened at the other dealership and our situation she started by pre approving us so we didn't get our hopes up about vehicles, so she brings a car to show us a beautiful blue 2016 Kia Sorento we thought we could never have anything like that between her and Jim and David in a short hour and a half we had a reasonable car payment brand new car a full warranty and amazing interest rate and I walked out of Power still talking about how amazing that whole process was. To this day I still think about that day and go god I wish I would have went in sooner that experience was amazing. Jim and Rebecca and David are amazing. Michael was very friendly, didn't pressure us to buy and was a wealth of knowledge about Kia's cars. There were many new models to choose from, however a pre-owned car was what we needed to find as we had a budget to stick to and wanted to pay cash. Michael showed us a 2013 Kia Optima EX they had just taken in on trade that was parked by the service department for detailing. The Optima drove great and the price was in our budget. Perfect fit!
