Am quite pleased with the entire process. It was seamless and professional. Adrian was equally pleasant and accomodating. I will have no hesitation for any recommendations whatsoever. I had a very bad and dishonest experience with this dealership. The car I purchased was listed for $31,900, but by the time everything was finalized I was told the price was $38,000, even after I gave dealership. The car I purchased was listed for $31,900, but by the time everything was finalized I was told the price was $38,000, even after I gave them $8,000 cash as a down payment. The numbers never made sense and nobody clearly explained the breakdown. The salesman Darriel Rosario acted like he knew everything about the vehicle, but many things he said were not accurate. Anytime I asked questions he constantly had to go get someone else to help him, which made it obvious he didn’t really know what he was talking about. Another major issue was the mileage discrepancy. The inspection sticker on the windshield showed 56,808 miles, but the dashboard showed around 51,999 miles. That’s a big difference and nobody could properly explain it. They also added things to the contract that were never clearly explained to me, including a $5,000 service contract and about $2,000 in aftermarket add-ons. When I realized this and went back to the dealership, I spoke to Federico, who told me and my uncle that I had the option to remove those items but that I needed to speak with the finance manager. When I finally met with the finance manager Tony, he gave me a long story and kept saying he couldn’t remove anything and that there was nothing he could do. That turned out to be completely false. I called the company that handles the warranty/service contract myself and they told me the contract could absolutely be canceled or voided. So the finance manager was clearly not being honest with me. On top of that, he even had the nerve to call me dishonest. They also only gave me one key for the car and told me to call back within 45 days and say I lost it so they would replace it, which sounds very questionable. This whole experience felt extremely misleading and unprofessional. Between the price change, hidden add-ons, mileage discrepancy, lack of paperwork on the day of purchase, and the way staff treated me, I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a car here be very careful and review everything before signing anything.
