I bought my Ram 1500 Rebel truck in February. The salesman John Londano helped with the deal ok, he sold the truck as he promised, not the right price as I expected, but got it done. That’s how I felt about it now, I feel like they don’t care about you after closing the deal. So here is some points from the beginning to the end. 1. The truck was advertised online for around $50k and ended up coming out around $75k at the end (down pay, warranty, cleaning packages and the balance to finance) 2. They “approved my loan” with $10k on the first contact then “to make that happen” and close the deal they asked me for $6500 more down payment., total $16500 down. So as I really wanted that specific Truck and couldn't find another deal less than 200miles I did that, but I didn't think it was right. 3. The whole Deal was done in 4 days ok. Spent like 2:30 hours on the dealer to sign papers and leave with the vehicle. 4. And to finish it. The Dealer screwed up on my license plate, they requested Combination Plates in CT DMV, which allows you to drive in CT parkways but not allowing to drive in NY Parkways. Dealer didn’t fix it, they said because it was a pickup truck but that’s xxxxxxxx, under 8000pounds you CAN get Passenger plate. And of course they know it, all the states including NY you CAN register Ram 1500 as passenger vehicle. I requested to change it many times and John (salesman) and the Office left it behind. After 20 days waiting for answers and some help they didn't do anything. So I went to DMV, wasted 1 hr there and replaced it, costed me $50 and plus the whole time there to replace my plates, requested to the salesman to at least refund the Amount of the New License Plate because they screwed up and guess so, no answers anymore. So lastly, I suggest NEW clients to think carefully about the deals, pay attention to ALL the numbers and documents/information received from this Dealer. Good luck! My rate is 2.5 / 3. More
