Today, Preferred Auto on Illinois Road has hundreds of vehicles and a 20,000 sq. ft. Service Facility here in Fort Wayne. Many of our vehicles are 1-owner and have zero reported accidents. Prior to being offered for sale, our Service Department inspect each vehicle and make necessary repairs, adding a great deal of value for our customers.

The sales team was great but the vehicle service department left me with concerns. The car should have been inspected for issues yet we found a bad tire. Brake rotors were turned instead of being re department left me with concerns. The car should have been inspected for issues yet we found a bad tire. Brake rotors were turned instead of being replaced and after the tire was replaced the right rear brake started to grind. Due to scheduling conflicts the issue had o be addressed after purchase. In addition the car was not detailed to the level one would expect from a dealer of this caliber. More
