Called to purchase a Toyota Corolla over the phone. I wanted to give them a down payment to hold the car until I could send a certified check. Stay away the sell crap cars do just enough to hide issues and over charge the crap out of you. When a check engine light comes on with in 2 weeks of purchase it an indication they erased codes to hide issues and over charge the crap out of you. I purchased a used vehicle after being assured the vehicle was put through a safety check and all parts were a minimum of 60% good or the parts were replaced. I even asked for the brakes to be checked vehicle was put through a safety check and all parts were a minimum of 60% good or the parts were replaced. I even asked for the brakes to be checked again because they felt like they needed to be replaced. Again, I was assured the brakes and all parts were safe and "the shop" double checked the brakes. This was not true. After purchasing the car I had it inspected before I allowed my children to drive it and had to replace the brake pads, calipers, shocks, and rotors. The cost was over $2000 and they told me the car wasn't safe to drive! I contacted Mark at Premier as he was our sales person and he said there was nothing they would do. It was clear from the pictures I sent him that the damage was there when their "shop" looked at the car since there was so much rust parts were cracked and falling apart. Don't purchase from this dealership! More
