This message is for Kate Goodnough. I appreciate you contacting me about the less than satisfactory service I received at Premier. You should also be informed that the night I drove the vehicle home I discovered that the passenger side low beam head lamp was out. Your service department had just "looked over" the vehicle and put a new inspection sticker on it. The windshield wiper fluid was empty and the power steering fluid was bone dry. These are only the things I have discovered so far. This is more than subpar. If you still want me to contact you by phone, I will. I doubt very seriously however that you will be able to sway my opinion of the dealership if that is your aim.

Ms. Goodnight, I appreciate your attempt to make things right, but you have to admit that it would be ludicrous for me to return to your facility. Why would I make a 6 hour round trip to a service department that could not get the job done right the first time? If you want to make things right you should reimburse me for having a reputable service department in my area thoroughly check the vehicle over. I signed a contract that stated I would buy the car only after it had been checked over comprehensively. It obviously was not. In addition, I waited an excessive amount of time for my car after the purchase transaction was complete for this maintenance to be done. I will not waste anymore of my time with your dealership's service department. Respectfully, Kate
