Took the vehicle in for known issues. Was told to pay for diagnostic fee when I declined repairs. The repairs suggested was for a leak from condensation entering the cab. Their fix was to put a bead of silicon around where it was entering. The price for that alone was $320. I already knew where the leak was coming from, I expected them to do more than put silicon on it, I can do that myself. When I said all that I was told to pay $195 for diagnostic fee, even though I told them where the leak was, they didn’t have to diagnose anything, they found nothing else wrong with the AC components. I do not recommend this or any other name brand dealership. Highly rated mechanics in town are much more affordable and offer warranties. More like to work with you on pricing. Not this place. More

I came 1 hour before closing on June 14th and I was ready to walk out and not purchase anything. I spoked with Kaila for the costco.com price program. He was polite, patient, and very helpful. His professionalism won me over (he's handsome too, lol). To make a long story short I ended up purchasing a car that night.
