Great experience! I actually went into Premier for scheduled maintenance for my leased 2016 Jeep Patriot. I went to the Sales Department just to look around. I had a Jeep Compass for about 8 years befo re leasing the Patriot. He had me drive a new Compass and a Cherokee. I was surprised to like driving the Cherokee better. (I had a Cherokee way back but it felt too big for me.) Kyle walked me through the leasing process answering all my questions along the way. I had to bring my Cherokee back for some issues after just two weeks. I wrote a note to Kyle outlining the issues and he has responded to me quickly and seems genuinely interested in getting the problems taken care of promptly. More

Pretty sure they tried to pull a fast one So I took my car in because I believed that had an issue with the wheels on my car. I sat there for almost three hours, and they finally tell me that So I took my car in because I believed that had an issue with the wheels on my car. I sat there for almost three hours, and they finally tell me that I need new tires. I take the car to another place to get a second opinion and they laugh in my face when I tell them that Premier says I need to replace my tires. Turns out it is something called a "bent wheel" and it will cost me less than half of what I was was going to pay for new tires with Premier. Also turns out that Premier has a bad reputation with quite a few people here on the Cape. I will NEVER take my car to Premier again for service, unless it is something that I am getting done for free...like the stupid windshield pump that was recalled. They are lucky that I am older now and less wild or else I would go right back there and give them a piece of my mind! More

2019 Lime Green Jeep Wrangler I spent quite a bit of time figuring out what to get and when. I was coming off a lease with a different company and wanted to time it so that I had I spent quite a bit of time figuring out what to get and when. I was coming off a lease with a different company and wanted to time it so that I had the best new rates and no extra fees for canceling early. I worked with Kyle Hein for several months and he was fantastic from start to finish. I was recommended to the dealership by a friend and am extremely happy I ended up working with them. He went through the rubicon, sahara, and sport with me and what my wants and needs were to get the right vehicle at the right price. Finally months later (just in December) we did a search when my lease came up and he found the vehicle I wanted. Sadly, Kyle wasn't there the day I had to pick up, but he had me set up and taken care of with Andrew, Mike, and Giovanni. They were all super helpful and efficient with my time. I can't say more!
