I had emailed a couple of dealerships my situation and not many of them were willing to work with an out-of-state cosigner and if they were, they werent making life easy for someone who lives on Martha's Vineyard. I work for an awesome family who has purchased 5 Jeep's from Premier and I decided to shoot them an email and see what they say. Heather called me within an hour and we talked and got the ball rolling. She was more than fantastic throughout the whole thing (which having an out-of-state cosigner and living on the vineyard, took some time.) She is the epitome of patient and so tremendously helpful. She answered all of my questions, got me into an amazing vehicle that's costing me half the price of my old one and calmed my neurotic self down more than once. I can't say enough about her. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.. I've purchased and leased a few vehicles and this was by far the most understanding dealership I have ever worked with. Expedited emergency service-GREAT! After a week's visit to Nantucket, we returned to our Jeep GranCherokee in the parking lot in Hyannis and found one of the tires very flat. On a late After a week's visit to Nantucket, we returned to our Jeep GranCherokee in the parking lot in Hyannis and found one of the tires very flat. On a late Saturday afternoon, we slowly attempted to drive to a gas station on our car's navigation system only to find that the station went out of business a number of months earlier. En route to the next station, we passed Premier Cape Cod Car Dealership and Service. How lucky we were. Austin Blake and the staff there were able to replace the tire which was a goner and get us on our way back to NYC. The repair was done expeditiously and in addition they performed a recall service item that was worked in without any delay. All in all, it was an excellent experience late on a Saturday afternoon in late summer, when one would expect the response to be "stop back on Monday". Well we were quickly on our way and were back in NYC around 9PM that night. Many thanks to Austin and the staff at Premier for a great experience!! More
