He was clear about Premier's pricing model, the value of our trade-in, warranty options, all the aspects of the transaction. He gave me the time to fully road-test the vehicle I finally chose. Don't believe them if they suggest you may get reimbursed They had always taken care of me and my AWD Hemi Charger, but last visit was vastly different. Alternater was smoking and eating batteries and left me stranded. (it's under recall T36) dealership refused to give me a loaner car but suggested that it *should* be reimbursed by Chrysler. Submitted enterprise receipt. DENIED! was now told that rentals are NEVER covered for recalls which can burn your car to a crisp. Just wish I was told that from the beginning. Tip to management: it's always better to under-promise and over deliver, than to over promise and under-deliver. More

First of all, we didn’t think we really had any business shopping for a new vehicle, but one thing led to another and all of a sudden we were at Rob’s First of all, we didn’t think we really had any business shopping for a new vehicle, but one thing led to another and all of a sudden we were at Rob’s desk with a lot of questions swirling around. He provided us with cold hard facts and he listened to our requests that at the time we thought were crazy. He really helped us understand how the numbers worked in our options with leasing vs. buying, etc. and never pushed us to get into anything we weren’t comfortable with. (We experienced that two days later at another dealership and it sucks!!) The Dodge 1500 Quad Cab is big enough for the family, V6 helps on fuel costs, super comfortable, and we got a great deal with the 2 year lease. It’s really the truck of our dreams, if only we knew sooner that it was so in reach!! You gotta go see these guys, you won’t regret it. More
