WARNING! A two week nightmare, Amatures, STAY AWAY! Wasted my time and ruined my Christmas. I came into the dealership ready to buy a car, with a loan approved through my bank ahead of time, with a paid off trade in, title in hand. I worked out the total price including a warranty and closed the deal on 16 Dec. I was never allowed to take the car from the dealership because they "claimed" they "hadn't gotten paid" by my bank. A lie. I bank with USAA, one of the largest, nationwide financial institutions in the country and a pleasure to do all my business with. First, they sent the wrong accounting information to my bank to receive payment, which I had to clear up for them. Then, the loan gets financed and approved and I am literally watching the new loan account gain interest daily, and yet they STILL wouldn't give me the car. I had already had the car insured and cards faxed to them. I received the addendum from my bank and everything. I pretty much worked this deal from beginning to end and tried everything I could to make this as easy and as smooth as possible for them. Their own shrewd, untrusting, New England attitude is what ruined this deal. Not me, not my bank, (although they tried to blame USAA repeatedly), but themselves are fully to blame for a sure fire deal not going through. I would not take a car from them if they tried to give it to me, nor would I recommend doing business with them or ANYONE on Cape Cod or Massachusetts. A miserable experience overall, a waste of my time, ruined my wife's Christmas, and a valuable lesson learned on doing any kind of business here. In the end I glad the deal didn't go through because they certainly didn't deserve my business. I hope that I deal with people who are as prepared as I was when I walked in. But like the salesman Joe O'Brien told me, "a deal isn't a deal until it leaves the lot" and guess what? I never left the lot with the vehicle, and now they have to refund the loan back to my bank for not delivering the car. Oh, and magically when I went up there today to let them know I didn't want the vehicle because of the way they treated me, the money was there and they got paid. Their loss, they can explain to their bosses why they are refunding thousands of dollars on a lost sale. Honestly, I believe that because I didn't use one of their banks, they treated me the way they did. Cape Cod has a very "buy local only" mentality and it hurts customers everywhere here. Like i said, I'm glad things ended up the way they did. I'll never do any business in this town or state ever again. It not worth the hassle and frustration. More

We contacted several dealerships and all of them were unwilling to work with us until we spoke with Kyle. He listened to our story, took notes and assured us that there was a solution. After several days of emails and phone calls, we travelled off of Nantucket to Hyannis, not knowing what to expect of the day. We arrived just after 9 am to a showroom full of smiles and coffee! By 3:30, we were sitting in our new Jeep ready to tackle our next adventure. Kyle and the rest of the team were flawless from the first handshake to the last. I have purchased several vehicles in my life and I have never had an experience that was so smooth and actually excited. Leave all of your preconceived notions of the car buying experience at home as they are not needed at Premier. Thanks To All More

He kept me updated with new rebates over the next few months until I was ready to buy, but he was by no means bothersome. When I finally went back to buy he was very helpful even though I completely changed my idea on what I was going to buy. My entire buying experience with Kyle was amazing. After agreeing to terms the back office “finance guy” Andrew was also amazing. He didn’t try to sell me anything I did not want, and he was honest with his recommendations. My buying experience at premier was leaps and bounds above any other experience I’ve ever had with a salesman. I will highly recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future. More
BEST experience we've EVER had purchasing a car from dealer. We first visited the dealership that where we last purchased our cars over the past 10 years because we were hoping to get a good deal for being Loyal We first visited the dealership that where we last purchased our cars over the past 10 years because we were hoping to get a good deal for being Loyal Customers. However, we left within about 30 minutes because it was such a frustrating experience. We live in the most remote part of Cape Cod, in Truro, and many dealerships are about an hour away. Instead of giving up for the day, we figured we should at least stop by another dealership to try and get closer to purchasing something. Well, let me pause here for a moment and say: the experience at Premier Cape Cod was exceptional and easy. (the opposite of nearly every other car-buying experience I've ever endured!) The staff are friendly (but not "fake" friendly - you know what I'm talking about). They're competent too, for example: We weren't sure if we wanted an SUV or a Sedan; we shared our thoughts with the Premier Team Member (Leo Laemmle) and he sat down and reviewed the types of vehicles that we might be interested in - based on what we had told him our criteria. We also started talking about pros & cons of Japanese versus American cars, as it had been a long time since we'd purchased any domestic made vehicle (we've been a Toyota and Nissan family for decades.) As we talked more about what we liked (and didn't like) about our Nissans (Maxima, Murano, Altima), Leo mentioned that there was an almost new Chrysler 200 that had been the dealership demo (with less than 4K miles on it) and was very good value. Based on the look and price, we decided to take the car for a test drive (to compare it to a couple of other cars that we'd been looking at - including a pre-owned Maxima.) (Note on Premier's pricing: really, there's no dickering. You pay what's on the sticker. And, of course, it's very easy to compare their price to others on the Internet. Premier has figured out how to give us Internet pricing in-person. Great model.) Well, within an hour of taking both the Maxima and the Chrysler 200 for test drives, we were very happy to buy the Chrysler 200 from Premier. It was the end of the day, and when we went back on the next business day to pick it up - EVERYTHING was ready, on-time, and as agreed. One of the product specialists came out and reviewed the car functions with me (think it was Golf), and the finance person (sorry can't remember your name!) was really wonderful too. Last but not least, our BIG THANKS to Leo Laemmle for spending the time to find us the right car for us. PS I was once VP of Customer Experience for a large F500 company - very, very impressed with Premier. They have really figured out how to do it right. Excellent customer experience. More

Honest and Helpful I had a fabulous experience with this dealership. Kyle Hein was such a gem! I needed quite a bit of hand-holding to make the move to a fun Jeep Wrangl I had a fabulous experience with this dealership. Kyle Hein was such a gem! I needed quite a bit of hand-holding to make the move to a fun Jeep Wrangler. Kyle understood that I needed help getting into a simple model and did not push any extra bells and whistles and on the contrary helped me immensely in identifying the perfect vehicle to help keep my lease low enough for my budget. He was friendly and fun and warm and welcoming to my children. This was my first car purchase on my own and it was so wonderful to have full transparency and have someone who was down to earth and willing to educate me about the process in a non-condescending way. Car buying is not at all scary with Premier. Andrew Dent walked me through the financial end and again was forthcoming and supportive and reassuring. I would highly recommend working with Premier based on my experience. More

I bought a 2017 year end close out RAM Big Horn and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Its the best truck for the money, and trust me I did my homework.
