Bad Service Experience / Policy Had multiple poor experiences with the service department here and would not recommend them. We have a 2014 Jeep Wranger Unlimited with 21k miles on i Had multiple poor experiences with the service department here and would not recommend them. We have a 2014 Jeep Wranger Unlimited with 21k miles on it. We brought the vehicle in December of last year for an under warranty noise complaint on the brake servo. Premier had the vehicle for two weeks and was unable to diagnose this basic concern. Because the vehicle is used only seasonally it was several months before we could send them a video demonstrating the noise concern again. At this point the vehicle only had 1,000 more miles on it, but it had timed out on the warranty. We asked them to goodwill (have the factory pay for) the repair since it was present when the vehicle was under warranty, under their care, and it was factory defect. They refused to to do so, claiming that 1.) their goodwill funds were limited 2.) they only goodwill repairs on vehicles they sell and 3.) that they charge a $100 deductible for goodwill claims. After checking with another Jeep dealership (that, even though we didn't purchase or service the vehicle with them, was willing to process this claim) we found out a.) Jeep doesn't limit goodwill claims b.) dealers are allowed to goodwill any vehicles not just the vehicles they sell and c.) that Jeep doesn't charge a deductible on goodwill repairs and that the dealer gets paid 100% of their normal parts and labor charges. I'm very disappointed with both dishonesty and their policy, which is anti-consumer. Our concern was escalated to the service manager (Daniel), general manager, and owner, but they refused to listen to the concern. More

Our Family's New Car Dealership... I am from New Jersey, but have a home on Cape Cod so when I was in need of a new car I drove by Premier. I have never leased a car before, but decide I am from New Jersey, but have a home on Cape Cod so when I was in need of a new car I drove by Premier. I have never leased a car before, but decided to try it. I leased a Jeep Patriot and I love it. On my first visit I was quoted an incorrect lease price from a salesman (who is no longer there) so when I went back to actually lease the car the price was a bit higher which upset me a little. But I am happy to say that the manager stood by the first quote even though he might have lost some money on the deal. The fact that we worked out the problem and agreed on a fair deal price, made me a permanent customer! My son was so impressed that he then leased a Dodge Ram from Premier also. Finally this past month my daughter was looking for a car so again we went to Premier and she bought a Jeep Wrangler. Premier is my family's dealer for life. My husband is just waiting until he can turn in his car to buy one from Premier. The salesmen do not work on commission so they all help each other and do not pressure the customer. We leased all three vehicles from Leo, but I must say that all of the folks there were most helpful to us and answered all our questions. During our visits we also worked with Derek, Andrew and Golf who were all very accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership More

Positive experience. I stopped in to have a few questions answered in regards to leasing a new vehicle vs purchasing one. I believe I was met by Rebecca who greeted me and I stopped in to have a few questions answered in regards to leasing a new vehicle vs purchasing one. I believe I was met by Rebecca who greeted me and quickly found someone to answer my questions. I assumed all the sales personnel were busy with other customers as the Sales Manager, Russ Godfrey, assisted me. He spent a considerable time with me, going over different scenarios of buying vs leasing, as well as different financing options. Russ answered all my questions without any high pressure sales pitch, last minute deals, etc. He also didn't require all my personal information as most sale persons do and I was grateful for that, thus avoiding endless calls and e-mails from them. I found them to be very professional and concerned with their customers. If I decide to go forward I would definitely return to this dealership. More
