That was easy We were turning in our Audi diesel (per the recall) and decided to buy a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We are only on the Cape part time. We met Mike Del Buono, he and his staff helped us find the right Jeep, get the paper work processed and the transaction finalized right away. Mike met me at the Audi dealer Wed AM, picked me up after turning in my car, Jeep was totally ready to go and they delivered the hard top to the house the next week. Great experience, good selection, and Mike has the can do spirit and knowledge to make the transaction about as seemless as possible. Would highly recommmend. They are hospitable, honest, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable and their service center is super squeaky clean and visually pleasing, and the bathrooms are very lovely and clean too. I had a flat tire today and was greeted by their driver, an absolute darling young man with a lovely smile and then assisted by Lauren Pavao (: She was Awesome!!! Extremely warm, competent and helpful. I did not get the gentleman's name that performed the service but he was great too!! Lauren brought me right out to the service floor so I could see exactly what the issue was with the Mechanic. This is the only Service Center that I have ever gone to where they will honestly tell you if work is necessary or also if it is NOT necessary. I have had multiple occasions where I have thought that I would have to spend more money and they have actually come back to me and saved me money.. Imagine that!! totally unheard of in the Auto Dealership Service industry. If there is anything serious that needs to be dealt with for my vehicle I would not trust anyone else but Premier Jeep Service Center. Always a pleasure, always a fabulous experience.
