I had been shopping for a truck for three months or so with no luck finding the right truck to fit my budget. Not only did Premier have the right truck at the right price, Kyle was a real pleasure to work with. He was transparent and honest which gave me the confidence I needed; in what had proven to be a real bummer at some other dealerships. Kyle was looking out for my interests only. I can't say enough about how polite and professional he was. I really appreciate the no pressure-relaxed atmosphere the folks at Premier gave me. He set us up with the car and let us take it out on our own, which I really appreciate. Upon returning, we filled out the paperwork, Kyle explained the no-haggle pricing, the corporate rebates, etc., We had a similarly pleasant experience signing the paperwork with the business/financing representative, Andrew Dent. oh, and the price was what we expected to pay after all our online researching. All car buying/leasing experiences should be like this. More

Great sales experience at Premier Cape Cod Being rear-ended on 93 South was quite unsettling. First, through the rear view mirror, I saw a car flying through the air and then I felt the impact! A little kink in the back resolved over time but my perfectly good car was totaled. Although no time is a good time for such a bad surprise, this occurred when I was traveling from the Cape to Boston and back due to a tragic loss in the family - not the ideal time to be looking for a new car. Fortunately, in just one day of looking around various dealerships, I ended at Premier Cape Cod where Leo Laemmle walked me through the process of finding the right car for me and all the little details that go with such a purchase.
