We went in on a Friday and he was in jeans (casual friday). He immediately made us feel at ease with the whole car leasing process, explaining that they always offer the best price up front, so there's no running back and forth between sales agents and management. This was so refreshing - it was a hassle free, pleasant experience talking with Russ about our needs, and finding a vehicle that would fit us and our budget. Because Russ (and all sales agents) present you with their best price up front, Premier Cape Cod is full of employees who genuinely enjoy getting to know you, without it being a pretense for trying to sell you something you don't need at a price you can't afford. It was because of this amazing customer service that we have returned for two more leases. When we did we were pleased to find that our good friend Russ, was now the general manager (Yay Russ!). This time around, Russ put us in the capable hands of Leo, Golf, and Andrew. They made leasing our new Chrysler Pacifica a breeze. Since we live on Nantucket, we truly appreciated the time they spent with us texting, and emailing to make sure all the paperwork and details would be in order upon arrival. This was extra important to me because I had my mom and 2 1/2 year old daughter in tow. It was the most painless experience in automotive history. So long as Premier Cape Cod continues to stock their show room with knowledgeable, and friendly employees, I will continue to be a faithful customer!!! More

I was treated with kindness and professionalism that Id never had on Cape before! They are a no pressure sales team who are so kind and so incredibly knowledgeable you will never go anywhere else. Leo answered all of my questions and stayed after the closing time to make sure I had print outs and was able to test drive a vehicle. He gave me his cell number so I could text him and set up a further test drive even on his day off! I looked at other dealerships but quickly returned to Premier Jeep. The low pressure, bend over back ward team work from Leo, Rob, Andrew and Golf, (who drove all the way to Rhode Island at night during a rainstorm to bring my "soul Vehicle" to me the day I decided on it) Will never be forgotten! I can promise you , you will know what I'm talking about even if you just go in to take a one time peek at the vehicles at this dealership. 100 percent satisfied and so very , very happy!!! Golf is very pleasant and spent quite a bit of time explaining all the electronic features of the car. Andrew in financing was very friendly and very good at explaining the cost, discounts and service plans. never made it anywhere else! More

They were honest & accommodating.This is not like any other dealership I've been to. A million people didn't hover, the interior felt like a real place of business as opposed to a showroom. Just a week before my visit, I had visited a Jeep dealership in Nashua,which was a showroom, too many people were pushy, trying to force sales on you & dropping you as soon as they realized you may not be interested. Your typical car salesman. But at Premier, they all treat you like you're old friends. They didn't just treat me that way,but my family as well, and I appreciated that. Financially, I could not be happier either bc they matched the interest rate my own bank quoted me. They also took care of the registration and inspection for me,so no annoying RMV lines. Gulf spent almost an hour with me showing me how to operate the vehicle. If you want an amazing deal and to be treated with dignity as opposed to an atm,definitely go here. Also, they even take personal checks, so it turned out the $10 I spent on a bank check wasn't necessary. I'm definitely a customer for life. Rob was a pleasure to work with. He's a sweetheart. He even was in communication with me, helping me with financial questions on his day off. Thank you,Premier. We weren't rushed,all questions were answered. Told Leo what i was looking for, from my trade in value to what i wanted to spend. Leo got me exactly what i wanted. I was unsure about letting go of my currect Ram because i loved it, but I was able to get a new one at a much lower rate! All I had to do was show up and sign the papers. Golf did a great job showing me the new features and explaining anything i had a question on. Andrew in financing was awesome, explained everything and didn't try and over sell extra coverage. It was perfect. I love the pure pricing as well, tells you exactly the price. This was my first time dealing with Premier Cape Cod and i will continue to deal with them with future purchases.
