NEW JEEP I haven't purchased a new car in over ten years. I was absolutley having anxiety over trading in my old truck that I relied on for so many years for I haven't purchased a new car in over ten years. I was absolutley having anxiety over trading in my old truck that I relied on for so many years for a brand new Jeep Cherokee, but after talking to Mike and him directing me to the perfect NEW truck, I made the right decision. The new Jeep Cherokee was the best decision that I made. The service that Mike provided to me was FABULOUS. The office staff (Kara) who helped me go over all the paperwork and especially Golf who went over every nook and cranny of the truck when I picked it up has far exceeded my expectations. Purchased My Beautiful 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited Edition :D I went to FIVE dealerships before Premier Cape Cod, every time I felt pressured by salesmen who wouldnt listen, If I said a price range-- they would g I went to FIVE dealerships before Premier Cape Cod, every time I felt pressured by salesmen who wouldnt listen, If I said a price range-- they would go beyond it, If I said a range for a monthly payment-- they would go above it, when I would explain what I was looking for -- they barely listened. It was as though they were trying to sell me cars that would get them the biggest commission rather than helping me find what I wanted out of this big investment. I never felt any of those things with Premier Cape Cod, I admire the company and the way they do business. What I wanted, and I'm sure it's what anyone wants when car shopping- to find an affordable car for a decent price. I searched online and came across the Premier Cape Cod website, ALL their prices TOPPED the dealers in my area (Plymouth/Kingston) and they had more luxury SUV options (which is what I wanted). I went in and met with Joe O'Brien, a one of a kind type of guy. From start to finish he was an outstanding salesman-- no pressure, casual, down to earth and fully relatable guy. He was AMAZING with my 3 1/2 year old, and that meant a lot to me. I've already recommended him to all my friends and I will always go back to him when I need a new car. And I will say if you go to Premier, ASK FOR JOE! You won't be disappointed. More

I was in the market for a Wrangler Unlimited and Mike found the ideal matc For my 70th birthday, I treated myself to a 2016 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I was in the market for a Wrangler Unlimited and Mike found the ideal match for me. We are a mannytrans family and he connected me with a Sahara model will 6 speed tranny which I believe is not very common. Got a decent trade-in on my 2002 Wrangler and the deal came together. I am thrilled with the vehicle and will enjoy taking my 4 granddaughters to the beach next summer top down playing their favorite songs. Thanks Mike and have a great vacation. More

Problem Resolved On 10/6/16 I took my 2016 Durango R/T (4 months old w/2400 miles) in for a problem with squeeling brakes.I was basically advised that it was somethin On 10/6/16 I took my 2016 Durango R/T (4 months old w/2400 miles) in for a problem with squeeling brakes.I was basically advised that it was something I would have to live with due to semi-metallic disc pads,which was totally unacceptable to me on a 4 month old vehicle with 2400 miles.Upon receiving this bit of news I promptly wrote a review blasting the dealership. On 10/7/16 I received a call from John advising he had spoken with Brian(service tech) relative to the problem and they consulted with Chrysler Corp.and felt as they had a remedy for the problem. On 10/13/16 I returned the vehicle and met with Michelle (service advisor) who had all paperwork ready to go along with a loaner vehicle and even though I was there over an annoying problem which I was told I'd have to live with (not by Michelle) she was most courteous,professional and efficient as were John and Brian.My vehicle was repaired on time and totally under warranty.At this time I can only say I will return for any additional services and a LARGE thanks to John,Michele and Brian for going the extra mile.I also received a return call from John today to see if all was good with the vehicle. More
