There were quite a few hiccups on the process of purchasing a CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee, but a big shoutout to Megan Saben, Finanical Services Manager, worked hard to make sure I got what I was told purchasing a CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee, but a big shoutout to Megan Saben, Finanical Services Manager, worked hard to make sure I got what I was told to expect. Unfortunately, some of the glitches were beyond her control and related to some new software/hardware at the dealership that was cumbersome and inefficient. Megan was apologetic and professional in spite of some missing details and the details technical challenges.
